2. Services Majestic Event Management offers event management services, including but not limited to planning, coordination, and execution of events.

3. Booking and Payments Clients are required to make bookings in advance. Payment terms and conditions will be specified in the service agreement. Failure to make timely payments may result in the cancellation of services.

4. Cancellation and Refund Cancellation policies will be outlined in the service agreement. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the terms specified in the agreement.

5. Client Responsibilities Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information necessary for event planning. Any delays or inaccuracies may impact the successful execution of services.

6. Liability Majestic Event Management is not liable for any damages or losses incurred during events. Clients are encouraged to obtain event insurance for additional coverage.

7. Intellectual Property All materials and content provided by Majestic Event Management, including but not limited to designs, documents, and plans, remain the intellectual property of the company.

8. Confidentiality Both parties agree to keep any confidential information shared during the course of the services confidential and not disclose it to third parties.

9. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Bangladesh.

10. Changes to Terms Majestic Event Management reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes.
